Independent Survey of Cooperative Member Attendance Policies at Board of Directors Meetings

Florida Keys Electric Cooperative Members are invited. Meetings are announced on website.

Southeastern Electric Cooperative (South Dakota) Board meetings are not generally "open" to the membership, however, any member with a bona fide reason to meet with the board will be welcome to attend the meeting and express their concern. We do ask all members with concerns to try to resolve those concerns with the management personnel first. Member issues that can't be resolved by management may then be addressed with the board.

Sequachee Valley Electric Cooperative (Tennessee) Members are welcome; however if there is an issue that needs the attention of the board, there is a completed request form that must be submitted before the board meeting.

KEM Electric Cooperative (North Dakota) Members are welcome to attend our board meetings. We would, however, prefer to know in advance why they are coming so that we can have available any information they are requesting.
