distribute his whitepaper, "Medical
Marijuana: A Note of Caution -- First, do no harm" in support of
A4MC's campaign to enact pragmatic, beneficial, efficient and
effective legislation in Arkansas.
August 2010,
publish flyers and authorize t-shirts promoting Medicinal Cannabis
Educational Roundhouse, continue refining model legislation,
increase online communications connectivity and educational
networking capacity.
November 2010, aggregate
results of all research and public comment into final version of
model legislation.
